A refund of 50% can be requested if the commission is not fully completed as agreed by both parties within 30 days of initial payment.By agreeing to this form, you understand and accept that any product paid for and produced by me cannot and will not be used as is or in modification for an NFT in any capacity. You understand and accept that this product will not be minted and uploaded to any NFT market, and cannot be sold as an NFT.By agreeing to this form, you understand and accept that any product paid for and produced by me cannot and will not be used as is or in modification for any AI or Machine Learning Algorithm through Software or Hardware.By agreeing to this form, you understand and accept that this product cannot be printed and sold as a physical item outside of personal use only. All publishing licenses are held by me as the original producer of the product.Please choose 'I ACCEPT' on the commission form to agree to these terms and also provide your email address as an agreed upon signature (the same that you use for invoicing and processing payments). you may also select "Send me a copy of my response" if you would like to receive a personal copy of this agreement.
